Trail description:

The Comet Trail travels through gently rolling terrain, prairie remnants and woodlands—plus five train trestles and a “covered bridge” shelter. A suspension bridge connects the trail to Wolf Creek Recreation Area, which has camping, picnicking and grass hiking trails.
