Bird’s Eye View is backThis article first appeared in INHF's Spring 2006 magazine. Due to popular demand, INHF has updated and reprinted our 2003 booklet A Bird’s Eye View: A Guide to Managing and Protecting Your Land for Neotropical Migratory Birds in the Upper Mississippi River Blufflands. Written by INHF staff member Marlene Ehresman, the booklet describes threats these birds face from habitat loss and other factorsand tells what landowners and others can do to protect them. Funding for the reprint came from the Cooperative Forest Management, USDA Forest Service (through the Upper Mississippi River Forestry Partnership) and gifts in memory of Helen R. McLaughlin of Britt. The 44-page booklet is available at www.inhf.org or mailed free on request. For more information, e-mail Cathy Engstrom, Director of Communications, or call (515) 288-1846. © Copyright
