Tribute gifts

Any gift to INHF can be given as a "tribute gift":

• in memory of a loved one who is deceased, or
• in honor of someone who is still living.
  

The name of your honoree will appear in Iowa Natural Heritage magazine.

If you would like us to notify someone of your tribute gift, simply provide the name and address. We will promptly send a notification card telling them of your thoughtfulness and how your gift will be used (but not the amount).

How tribute gifts may be used:

• Tribute gifts may be directed to a specific, current project or other current needs, such as annual support.
• Tribute gifts may be made without designation regarding their use. In this case, the gifts are directed to our Comprehensive Endowment Fund, the earnings of which support our work in its entirety.
• Tribute gifts may be directed to our Land Protection Endowment Fund to support our broad acquisition and protection efforts OR can be directed to a favorite kind of wild place, such as woodlands or wetlands or a specific region, such as the Loess Hills.
  

Gifts in any amount may be given as a tribute.
