A Brief Introduction

By Taylor on May 23, 2013 in Blog

Finally the sunshine and warmer weather are starting to reflect that summer is less than month away. For many college students, including myself, classes have finished for the year and summer break is underway.

I am excited that my summer plans include working as the new communications intern at INHF. In this role, I hope to help keep INHF followers “in-the-know” about conservation and INHF news. So that you can put a face to all of the information coming from my desk this summer, I thought I'd share a bit about myself.

I am a native of northern Illinois, but for the past three years I have lived in Des Moines, Iowa, while attending Drake University. I will be a senior in college this coming fall, and I plan to continue my degrees in Magazine Journalism and International Relations with a concentration in Spanish and minor in Political Science. I previously worked as the print communications intern and online contributor for the USRowing Association in Princeton, N.J.

Please feel free to share your questions, photographs and any ideas you have for our Off The Beaten Path blog with me at CommIntern@inhf.org.
