For anyone who has ever dreamed of one day being a contender on the “Amazing Race,” Iowa Natural Heritage Foundation, Young Professionals Connection and Common THREAD have just the event for you.
Iowa Trail Mix – a unique Iowa themed bike adventure – is making its debut this summer in central Iowa. Ride the Raccoon River Valley and High Trestle trails and visit some of Central Iowa’s best summer festivals. Along the journey, you’ll complete some fun challenges & learn a bit more about what makes Iowa small towns wonderful places to live, work and play. At each community and one point along the trails near each community, via your smartphones, you’ll have the opportunity to earn points toward awesome prizes. You’re not going to want to miss this!
Your $20 per participant entry fee gets you:
- Iowa Trail Mix T-Shirt – rider-ready to proclaim your love of Iowa trails & towns
- Opportunity to win some great prizes
- Discounts and swag from participating businesses
