This event is a collaborative effort between Blank Park Zoo, Iowa Natural Heritage Foundation, U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service/ Neal Smith National Wildlife Refuge, and DMACC Sustainable Urban.
The event wil include:
- Live Monarchs
- Activities for all ages
- Opportunities to learn how to build a pollinator garden
- Opportuities to make your own seed balls to take home
- Face painting
- Plant or seed giveaways from Neal Smith National Wildlife Refuge
