Join us to learn about the connections between soil health and water quality. The conferences features two days of lectures, presentations, field days, tours and more.
A limited number of first-come, first-served scholarships that cover cost of attendance are available. The goal of the scholarship is to encourage lake residents, protective association members and members of the public to attend the conference in order to gain knowledge to implement local projects aimed at protecting Iowa’s lakes.
The conference will kick-off Thursday morning with a field tour of Iowa Natural Heritage Foundation's Wallace and Bowers property along the north shore of Big Spirit Lake. For more event details: 2019 Agenda.
Stay in Okoboji for the weekend to enjoy the lakes and visit the Okoboji Blue Water Festival on Saturday!
