Prairie Walk at Vincent Bluff State Preserve

Join the Iowa Prairie Network for a prairie walk at Vincent Bluff State Preserve, the only truly urban prairie preserve in the State of Iowa. Established as a state preserve in 2009, Vincent Bluff is a beautiful example of Loess Hills prairie right in the heart of Council Bluffs. The property was purchased with the help of INHF and the donations of 400+ individuals and organizations. The land is now owned by the City of Council Bluffs and managed by the Loess Hill Preservation Society.
