Iowa Natural Heritage
The magazine for friends of the
Iowa Natural Heritage Foundation

Four times a year, our members receive Iowa Natural Heritage magazine in the mail. Inside you'll see:

stories of foundation members, volunteers, and staff who are protecting outstanding natural areas.
news on trails, wildlife areas, woodlands, and prairies that will be opening soon to the public.
background on environmental issues of interest and concern to Iowans.
departments geared toward every level of conservationist:

"Ecology College" educates and provides how-to tips on conservation topics.

"This Beautiful Land" highlights great natural places to visit in Iowa.

"Seedlings" includes thought-provoking quotes or statistics about conservation.

The spring issue is extra special, with a summary of foundation projects from the previous year and a list of all foundation members who make this work possible.

You'll want your own copy. Sure, you can get fresh news from this website. But the magazine is something you can read in bed or on the bus -- and you can give it to a friend when you're done with it.
