Attracting Iowa Wildlife
on Private Lands

by USDA-Natural Resources Conservation Service and Iowa DNR

This 36-page booklet presents Iowa's private landowners with several ways they can improve wildlife habitat on their property. The first section provides information on attracting specific game and non-game species, while the final section discusses 13 habitat management practices, including brush piles, prescribed burning, pasture management and timber management.

INHF provided funds to assist this project. Members wanting a free copy can contact the Foundation at info@inhf.org or 1-800 475-1846.
