REAP aids Vincent Bluff

This article first appeared in INHF's Spring 2006 magazine.

Vincent Bluff, an INHF project in Council Bluffs, is reaping the results of a recent Resource Enhancement and Protection (REAP) grant. Funds helped purchase a small addition plus improve public access. The new Thalles Street access includes a small parking area that uses permeable paving to slow and filter water runoff. Project partners include the city of Council Bluffs and the Loess Hills Preservation Society.
