INHF Program staff grows
The new year brought some exciting news to the INHF office. We’re happy to welcome our newest staff addition, Andrea Piekarczyk! Andrea began her role as Program & Development Assistant on Jan. 1 after working with INHF as an intern since May 2013.
As an intern, Andrea assisted the program staff with researching and writing REAP grant applications for several INHF projects. In her new role, Andrea will continue her work with proposal writing and fundraising for land projects, and will expand to support INHF’s accreditation process as well as assist the Development team with project appeals and gift processing.
Andrea is a native of Downers Grove, IL and graduated from Drake University in Des Moines in May 2013 with degrees in English and Drawing. While at Drake, she participated on the women’s rowing team and was a member of the English Honor Society. When she’s not working, she enjoys reading, drawing, ambitious crochet projects and exploring all of nature’s intricacies and systems. She’s happy to have found a new home in Iowa.

Join us in congratulating Andrea on her new position!
