By Kerri on March 25, 2014 in Blog

Eager to get outside after the long winter? Come explore Quigley-Slattery Heritage Prairie! Join INHF and Buchanan County Conservation to assist with brush removal on this high-quality prairie.
INHF is hosting one of its first spring volunteer events at Quigley-Slattery Heritage Prairie, near Independence, Iowa, on April 12th from 9 a.m. – 12 p.m. We’ll be leading a tour of the property at 11 a.m. for those wanting to learn a little more about our work on this magnificent piece of land.
Join us afterward at Bill’s Pizza & Smokehouse in Independence for a member reception and volunteer lunch.
More information about the day and how to RSVP.
