15 Seconds of Rainy Afternoon Serenity

On a rainy Friday afternoon we headed to Thomas Mitchell Park to check out some of the great work the Polk County Conservation Board has been doing to help improve water quality in Iowa. Without organizations like them, bodies of water like the lake at Thomas Mitchell Park would no longer exist for public use.
