GOOD's Sustainable Dinner Party Challenge

This month, in a hope to promote more sustainable eating and bring back the nostalgia of simpler times, GOOD is challenging its readers to an easy task: host a dinner party.

The one catch? The guest list must longer than the number of ingredients used to make the meal.

To participate in GOOD’s “Fewer Fridays,” take a picture of your thoughtfully made meal – photos of party guests also welcome. Then send your photos and recipes to GOOD for the chance to be featured in the Fewer Fridays cookbook.
