Bicycle, Blues and Barbeque Festival

Posted on July 11, 2013 at 10:00 AM by Taylor Eisenhauer

The Bicycle, Blues and Barbeque Festival will be held in Clear Lake, Iowa, on July 12-14. The event combines great blues music, barbeque from many venders and cycling amateurs and professionals.

The weekend starts with entertainment at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. On Saturday people can participate in recreational rides of 62-, 40- and 14- miles, part of the “Tour de Fields.” If you're not interested in riding you can also watch the time trials of the amateur and professional cyclists. After another evening of music and barbeque, road races will resume on Sunday morning.

If you are interested in learning more about the event, visit the Bicycle, Blues and BBQ Festival site.
