Pottawattamie County Conservation has just the thing to get you in the holiday spirit – the Holly Jolly Night Hike!

The event will consist of a moonlit guided walk along the Fox Run Ridge on December 6, 2013, from 7 – 8:30 p.m. After a short presentation, families can hit the trail to discover the wonders of the night and learn at stations set-up along the way. After the walk through the woods, there will also be seasonal refreshments.

There is a $2 fee per person, and children 5 years old and under will receive free admission. For more information, contact the Hitchcock Nature Center at 712-545-8283.

This event is weather permitting.
