Iowa Outdoors: Winter 2014

Posted on January 30, 2014 at 10:00 AM by Kerri Sorrell

Winter may mean frigid temperatures, but that doesn’t mean we can’t enjoy all the scenery and natural recreation Iowa has to offer. Iowa Outdoors has released their winter installment – give it a watch!

In this episode, Iowa Outdoors explores the economic and recreational benefits of winter ATVing, the art of taxidermy, a school connecting kids with the outdoors and their food, and a photographer who battled personal trauma and found a new life path.

Iowa Outdoors is produced in partnership with the Iowa DNR, and is made possible by REAP funds for environmental education.
