Earth Day Trash Bash on the High Trestle Trail (Boone County)

Join in Iowa’s largest Earth Day volunteer event, Earth Day Trash Bash, while we beautify Iowa and keep Boone County litter-free.

Iowa Natural Heritage Foundation, Boone County Conservation and Friends of the Trail are hosting a FREE event at Grants Woods Park. Enjoy a nice afternoon hike, as we walk along the High Trestle Trail collecting litter. All cleanup supplies are provided, but if you want to bring items of your own to assist in cleaning up you may.
