Nature as Medicine - Free Community Seminar for All Ages

Join INHF as we table at this free community event! Participants will learn how time spent in nature can improve physical and emotional wellbeing, and how intentional outdoor activities can benefit individual, community, and ecological health. Ideal for community leaders, students, adults, and healthcare professionals. 

This is a free event for all ages. Registration is required for planning purposes.

There will be family friendly activities and childcare available during the keynote presentation by Dr. Patrick Swanson. INHF holds a conservation easement on Dr. Swanson's land in the Loess Hills.
