ABOUT BRANDES

The Brandes property was bequeathed to INHF in 2021 after landowner, Mary Brandes, passed away. The property includes a mix of cropland, CRP, woodland and pasture. Mary’s wish for her land was that the property be preserved for environmentally sound agricultural use and wildlife protection in perpetuity. The land offers a variety of habitat for various wildlife and plant species. The Brandes property is now owned and stewarded by INHF.
