Meet INHF's Fall 2022 Communications Intern

By Joshua Harris on October 3, 2022 in Blog

This fall, Joshua will be furthering his multimedia communications journey with Iowa National Heritage Foundation as a communications intern. He will be helping us produce video projects and contributing to our magazine and blog.

“I am looking forward to working with INHF to develop content that will contribute to bringing awareness to the importance of protecting and preserving Iowa’s land.”

Joshua Harris is a senior at Drake University studying digital media production with a concentration in visual storytelling. His passion for video creation and writing motivates him to produce high-level media content that he hopes will resonate with and impact diverse audiences.

“From a young age, I was fascinated by cinema. The power to evoke emotions through visuals and narratives spoke to me, and I quickly realized that multimedia communication was the path for me.”

Joshua has a background in corporate communications and freelance writing. He is also a three-time recipient of The LAGRANT Foundation Scholarship Award and a member of the Drake University Crew Scholars Leadership Program and the National Millennial and Gen Z Community.

“My past experiences have instilled in me a collaborative mindset and a willingness to learn and grow.”

We are pleased to welcome Joshua to the team!
