Nature Walk: Blue-winged teal
By Taylor on September 30, 2013 in Blog
These blue-winged teal are taking advantage of relative safety in numbers. While some of the group feed or keep an eye out for danger, others doze in the early morning sun on this small, isolated pond.
Where do you go to watch ducks this time of year? What species do you typically see?
