Nature Walk: Crow in a Snow Storm
By Taylor on March 18, 2013 in Blog
In stormy winter weather, crows and other wildlife species seem to lose some of their normal wariness and fear of humans in order to find food and water sources. This bird's daily visits for a snack of seed and corn are usually accompanied by a series of
caws. One wonders if it is announcing its location to other family members, which also announces its presence to its human observers.
Every species has a different way of adapting to the colder winter months, and humans are no different. What’s your favorite way to spend bust the snowy winter blues?
