Tosanak Recreation Area Open House
By Taylor on March 12, 2013 in Blog
Join INHF Blufflands Program Manager Brian Fankhauser to help us turn the Winnebago Scout Reservation into a new county park, which will be called the Tosanak Recreation Area. We’re pleased to have purchased this site to give the Floyd County Conservation Board an opportunity to create this new public destination, and we’d love for you to be involved!
Spend the afternoon with us near Marble Rock for an open house, where you can take a tour of the property, enjoy refreshments and participate in a silent auction to benefit this worthwhile project.
Then join us for a catered dinner program, beginning at 6 p.m., to learn more about the history of this beautiful natural area and how you can help protect it for generations to come. Price of the dinner is $25 per person.
To learn more about the event, visit the INHF website. Reserve your tickets online or call (641) 756-3490 by Friday, March 15.
